Survive: 



-Caution our surroundings, move to a safer more beneficial area thats suits our livelihood.
-Consider choices that would increase the chances of passing on genetics/Instinctual natural selection (The strongest/most suitable or ideal mate).
-Self care. What can i do to prolong established beneficial relationships among a community i feel will support me, and what can i do to benefit it. 




Adapt:


-Reevaluate living conditions in accordance to own self-identity within society. Deem only what is necessary for my betterment as essential. 
-Base off social interaction in line with how I reflect physically and intellectually via both direct and online contact. Do not prioritize anyone who does not “seem” beneficial and exclude the people that do not share the same insights/view of the world, in order to have a satisfactory and complimentary livelihood. 
-Mimic favourable tropes shown on media that closely resemble who you can be to increase self-worth/value. Acting as a successful person will in-turn bring success.
